Rizzo is joined by his co-hosts Tom Gallagher & Adam Basciano as they discuss the series premiere episode of Superboy: TV Series, “The Jewel of Techacal,” which aired on October 8, 1988 and look at the original pilot which aired as episode #5 “Countdown to Nowhere,” which was televised on November 5, 1988. The discuss delves into which episode would make for the better opener to the series as well as the pros and cons of each episode. Not mention the alternate version of “Countdown to Nowhere,” that was aired only once in syndication and not available on the official DVD release.
